This Charlie 1 Horse slouch harness demi boot features a mahogany leather foot under a slouched 8" matching leather shaft. Soft leather lining. Easy-on pull straps. 2" cowgirl heel with rubber grip surface. Lightly ribbed leather sole. Shaft circumference is 13.5" (based on a size 7B).

when i order again i will order a half size smaller, i am a uk 6 and ordered an 8 1/2 (conversion equivalent) fine with an insole though. very well made boots, like none i have seen before. i was fairly disgruntled at the £38 import charges (which i had not clocked when i purchased,although are shown on the website) but after trying the boots on and the relief that they fitted i soon recovered from the additional outlay. These were an early birthday present to myself, i may be back next year for another pair.

These boots were more beautiful than I would have expected. Unfortunately, they feel a half size to a full size too large. I have returned them for a half size down (I normally wear a 6.5). I'm really hoping the new ones fit well enough, because I can't wait to wear them. They are sleek and stylish, well-formed, with a gorgeous leather and classic look. Absolutely recommend, with the caveat that you consider ordering down a size.
