This is my 3rd pair. They just keep getting better. My first was about 1991, had some man-made materials but looked decent and lasted about 10 years of almost daily wear. 2nd pair in 2001, all leather but with a branded surface & convicing print. Got 11yrs out of those those. (although still wearable with a patch & re-heel) Now in 2012, Im on my 3rd pair, they are even more realistic than before. Realistic reptile texture and dead-on print with light & dark intentional imperfections. Cant tell the difference unless you get down and look very closely. And they are much easier to care for ,and stand-up to the elements better than genuine snakeskin. Best replica boot for under $100.
Pros: Durable, Value, Quality Construction, Comfortable, Attractive Design, Quality Material
Cons: color is a bit more brownish than shown, uppers have less fancy stitching but no big deal.

right out of the box the boots were more than i expected. the fit was perfect and had that worn in feel, they were very comfortable. the color was great! delivery was very fast. i would definately buy from them again.

I bought these boots for my husband and I just love these boots! They fit well and at the price why not? They look good and he says that they feel good. I would highly reccomend these kickers to everyone looking for a great deal! This is the 3rd pair of Old West boots that I have purchased in the past 2 months.

I just recently received these, but I have been wearing them almost everyday. I ordered my size and the fit was perfect. They fit comfortably from the moment I put them on, with very little break-in time required. The color was a little darker what was pictured but I like it. A very good boot at an economical price. I just purchased a different pair of boots from the same manufacturer and at that pricing will probably buy a few more. Highly recommended!

If you want a great looking pair of boots but can't afford the real thing these boots are an awesome alternative. I get tons of compliments on these and no one can tell they're not real. Durable too, I wear them for work and dress. They clean up well from the mud. Last year when my neighbor opened his swimming pool for the summer I decided to be the first one in, fully clothed wearing my snake boots and all! They dried out perfect good as new and I had a blast doing it! Can't recommend this product enough.

Just received my boots today and they are more than I expected. The print is well done and even has the texture of the snakeskin. I ordered a half size larger and they are a little too big but nothing to get excited about. Fast shipping too!!!! Will definitely order from sheplers again.

Absolutely great boots for the value. Looks like real snake skin to the eye, feels like real snake skin to the touch. The ONLY problem I found with them is that the heal drops off rather dramatically at the rear end of your foot's arch, making your heal feel like its on top of a ledge with a sharp edge. Other than that, they're great- the rest of the insole is very comfortable. And I also like that the nails that are used to attach the rubber layer of the heal (the layer of the heal that actually touches the ground) are seated quite deeply, so you can get plenty of wear on the heal before the heads of the nails are exposed. Only order a 1/2 size larger than your normal boot size if at all possible... they don't run all that small.
Pros: Value, Comfortable, Great Fit, Attractive Design
Cons: sharp heal drop-off at the arch of the insole.

These boots are a great value for the money. They look great and are very comfortable.
It is indicated to order a half size larger than you normally wear. I wear an 11 but there is not an 11 1/2 so I ordered a 12. They are a bit big but with two pairs of socks they are OK.
Will definately be ordering another pair of suede boots shortly. Just wandering about the size I should order.
Shepler's delievered my boots quickly and the email with the tracking link was great.

First two pairs over a time frame of the last 2 years awhile back price was less $$ a pair. Had to return both pairs due to tears of the black leather above the snake print at the back of the heel area. Giving it another try after given it up for a year of buying any boots from Sheplers. Did buy 1/2 sizes larger per their recommandation.

I figured for $60.00 how could I go wrong.. And I didn't.. These boots are great and true to Sheplers recomendation these boots run a 1/2 small...But I may try the 8 1/2 next time regardless.. Anyway I ride my motorcycle and these boots fit the bill.. Sheplers has great customer service and their prices are extremely competitive.. I am now a loyal customer..

For the price, I got much more then expected.. These boots are really well made. Depending on the shoe I go with either an 81/2 or a 9. I went with the 9 on these only because the ad said to order a half size larger. The front of the boot fit perfect, at the heel, a very slight slippage but from what I read a slight slippage is normal. I am happy with the boots and the service and will order again.
